National Livescan Fingerprinting will provide on-site fingerprinting at the Miami Nice Event both Saturday, April 18th and Sunday, April 19th. Fingerprint/background screening results are sent directly to the Florida Board of Optometry to meet new DOH requirements.

The total fee is $95 and valid photo ID (driver's license) is required during fingerprinting session. Payment can be made in-person or online after the event. To reserve a spot, please book an appointment.

To expedite reporting and tracking of results, the Department of Health recommends individuals register with their fingerprint system (CHAI) at https://chai.flclearinghouse.com/ and 'Initiate A New Screening' prior to fingerprinting.
